This is a blend of Certified Organic coffees from two different continents. This blend has 7 independent organic certifications and is certified Shade Grown Bird Friendly and registered Fair Trade. The result is a natural and smooth espresso with a thick crema.
ITALIAN ROAST
Our darkest roast coffee is roasted until the natural oils are brought to the surface. Italian roast comes from the dark roasting style which is common in Italy…coffees in Northern Italy are lighter. This is the richest, most intense and darkest roast coffee we offer.
FRENCH ROAST
This dark roast is rich and smooth. Excellent as a cup of morning coffee or for use when making espresso drinks. One of our most popular selling coffees.
VIENNA ROAST
The lightest of our dark roasts. The coffee is roasted to the point where the oils just begin to be brought to the surface of the bean. This is our smoothest of the dark roasted coffees.
